Accounts Payable:

These are your small business's obligations to pay debts owed to lenders, suppliers, and creditors.










 




Accounts Receivable:

The money owed for goods or services rendered. They are labeled as assets because the customer is legally required to pay cash for their short-term debt.






 






Capital:

The term used to describe investments in your business that will last a long time.
